Director of Sales Marketing

Join us as the Director of Sales Marketing at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, leading sales strategy and driving revenue growth for Hyatt Place – Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH.

Base pay range: $57,921 – $65,161 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Inspire and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow business in new and existing markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Oversee advertising, public relations, and reporting functions in alignment with the property’s marketing plan.
• Analyze financial and market data to inform strategic decisions and priorities.
• Prioritize and document work to meet key business deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer experience.

• Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role (Director of Sales or equivalent).
• Proven success motivating and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in brand management and market knowledge preferred.
