A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage, and Marketing Services company, Sir Speedy, Lyndhurst, NJ, is looking for an experienced Copier Operator

Job SummaryOur Printer and Copier Operator works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Overview- Produce copy and print jobs.
- Schedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management.
- Call for copier maintenance when necessary and notify management.
- Send monthly copier usage log to vendor.
- Operate all copiers in accordance with equipment operating procedures.
- Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Communicate with the other employees and/or the customer for a complete understanding of the copy order.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary.
- Order and stock inventory and supplies per the direction of management.
- An understanding of computers, printers, copiers, their functions, and processes.
- An aptitude for math and detail.
- Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.
- Able to package & box jobs for shipping
- Prepare Fedex Shipping Labels
- Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
- Experience with Print Smith a plus, but not required
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
