As an Inside Sales Representative
, you’ll be the go-to expert preparing estimates, building relationships, and helping customers find the best HVAC, electrical, and plumbing solutions. You’ll work with a collaborative team, support our trusted technicians, and play a key role in driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare proposals for minor repairs and replacements across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Partner with vendors to secure best pricing and order/track required parts.
• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and create detailed proposals.
• Close sales while maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with office staff and technicians to ensure accuracy in estimates and proposals.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industry.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional in appearance and manner.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.
