System Service & Engineering, a Fidelity Company, is looking for a driven and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Lynn Haven, FL.

• Manage all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects from turnover to closeout.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure alignment.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate resources across departments.
• Oversee field operations, inspections, subcontractors, and materials.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, ECAC, and cash flow.
• Prepare and submit AIA invoices, RFIs, and change orders.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Foremen to drive success.

• 4–5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management.
• Strong mechanical plan/spec and design-build background.
• Proficiency with job costing software and project financial tracking.
• In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water loops and refrigerant flow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
