System Service and Engineering, in Lynn Haven, FL
isa full-service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services company for commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida. We are currently looking to add a Commercial HVAC Technician who wants to join our team and hit the ground running!

Position Overview

This role will include regularly responding to service calls, providing solutions to complex service problems, working with outside vendors and contractors, utilizes their knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide the highest quality of frontline customer service.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of BAS functionality
• Ability to operate electronic devices i.e. computers, laptops, & smartphones.
• Ability to maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
• Ability to work as an effective, engaged member of a team.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a frequent basis

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair/replace HVAC equipment
• Investigate HVAC problems, develop solutions, provide estimates, plan & execute approved work
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all customers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees at all times
• proper timely completion of work orders
