Lead Electrician to oversee and run commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.

• 6–10+ years of electrical experience (commercial focus preferred)
• Proven ability to lead crews and run projects independently
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Lead electrical crews on commercial projects from planning through completion
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes
• Work on both low- and high‑voltage systems
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using proper testing devices and tools
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite
• Track and document work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
