We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis TODAY at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Saugus, MA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians GUARANTEED WEEKLY BONUS PAYMENTS during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800! The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services – rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Assist customers with tire service inquiries and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in weekly incentive programs and earn guaranteed weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed.

• NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED – Paid training will be provided.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days each week.
• Strong motivation by commissions/incentive compensation.
