• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, problem solving and testing to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Repair and service brakes and hydraulic systems, exhaust, ignition, electrical, air conditioning, computer systems, and powertrain management systems; conduct road tests to confirm repairs and identify additional issues.
• Road test vehicles after repairs to ensure mechanical soundness and identify other problems.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly evolving automotive industry.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and guidance to guests; mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues immediately.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours; maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including handling tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting as required.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
• Valid driver's license; must be 18 years of age or older.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications.
• Experience with exhaust, ignition, electrical, air conditioning, computer systems, and powertrain management systems.

• Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited supervision.
• Hard worker with responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Ability to read, understand and follow procedures and guidelines.
• Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays depending on location.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
