Bridgewell - Day Habilitation Services [Classroom Aide] As a Classroom Aide/Driver at Bridgewell, you'll:
Assist in facilitating classroom activities and provide support to students with special needs;
Drive students to and from school;
Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans and modify curriculum as needed;
Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment;
Assist in personal care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and hygiene routines;
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and behavior.
