Corbus is seeking a Manufacturing Program Support Specialist to provide support that may be related, but not limited to, engine operational problems and interpretation of technical data.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Engine Kit Inspections and document results. Work with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues uncovered during the inspections. Complete inspections in a timely manner, including non-conforming component replacement coordination as necessary. Coordinate shipment of kits.
  • Assist in providing written responses to questions submitted by the client. Technical questions may be related, but not limited to, engine operational problems, interpretation of technical data and unique problems encountered in support of the engine fleet.
  • Work with Engineering Systems to assign queries to the proper functional engineering area as necessary. Assist in query responses in the requested time frame.
  • Maintain the technical query database. Provide regular reports, as needed, to the program manager, showing issues received, issues unanswered and issues answered during the previous month.
  • Assist in organization of the Tech Reviews and Component Improvement Program Meetings in Lynn.
  • Create hardware return events and manage the logistics of the hardware events so the customer gets any discrepant hardware repaired and returned without causing production delays to the customer.
  • Write and process Commercial Invoices, Requests for Shipments and forms for managing the logistics of transporting military and commercial hardware and support equipment around the globe.
Requirements
  • Employee performing the above work should have an Engineering degree and/or aircraft engine technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Employee performing the above work must be able to work independently with little supervision. Employee must be able to interact effectively with other functional departments.
  • Employee performing the above work must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
