This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical engineer who has a strong background in automation, robotics, and machine design
, with the ability to lead mechanical projects from concept through execution. The successful candidate will bring both technical depth and project leadership experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the development of complex automation and robotic machinery, working on projects that move from initial design concepts through production, testing, and customer deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical design projects within industrial automation, robotics, or automated machinery environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation systems, robotics, or complex machinery design is required.
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead and support mechanical engineering teams.
• Experience with mechanical design software such as Solid Works, Solid Edge, or similar CAD platforms.
• Experience collaborating with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of machine safety standards and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
