Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm

• Provide non-clinical support services within the Peer Recovery Support Centers to support members within the center.
• Provide this support from their own lived experience with addiction and/or co‑occurring mental health disorders.
• Offer health and wellness coaching to patients and assist them in identifying and utilizing health and wellness supports in the community.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Training and certification appropriate to the role; recovery coach or certified peer specialist preferred.
• Must have lived experience with mental health, substance use conditions, or family supporting a family member with behavioral health challenges; and be in recovery. Prefer current or former recipient of behavioral health services.
• Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
• High energy level, flexibility, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a multidisciplinary team atmosphere while also working independently.
