Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Care – Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time

Jethro Health System is a Medicare‑certified home‑healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in multiple locations – Lynn and Boston area. This is a Per Diem position with flexible hours, visit‑work schedules, and an excellent reimbursement package. Clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area for home‑care visits.

Pay range provided by Jethro Health System: $65.00/hr – $120.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Completes initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete and submits them in a timely manner according to agency policy.
• Develops and revises the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluates and documents the effectiveness and outcomes of care.
• Per diem position with preferred locations and flexible schedule.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate.

• Current CPR required.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• Prior experience in home health care preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Reliable car with insurance coverage.

• Per diem position with flexible hours and visit‑work schedules.
• Pay $55–$85 per visit (routine/evaluation visits).
• Hourly pay of $55.00 – $65.00.
