Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow, Early Intervention (Birth - 3 Years Old)

Teaching Tiny Humans to Talk! Full‑time and Part‑time positions available for a SLP with a thriving Early Intervention company based in either our Cape Ann or North Shore location. You'll be part of a team with access to other therapists, clinical managers and support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Speech Language Pathologist services in a home/community setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assess clients using a variety of tools, assess client's home and other environments and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities.
  • Provide intervention in the form of direct therapy (group or individual), consultation, monitoring, and/or written programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and procedures related to privacy.
  • Complete professional documentation according to Aspire and DPH procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution.
  • Seeking completion of a clinical fellowship, willing to obtain licensure upon employment.
  • SLP Supervision provided.
  • Ability to independently organize, manage and prioritize tasks including clinical caseload, and collaborate as a member of a team.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs and Database Management.
  • Must be able to lift and move children up to 40 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
