Production Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and is responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

• Oversight and management of front‑line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• In‑depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work and to understand how the team’s work integrates with other teams.
• Use some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance; solves straightforward tasks and may use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Work is likely that of an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing + 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/leadership.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

The base pay range for this position is $ – $. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on December 30, 2025.
