QA Technician - All shifts

QA Technician - All shifts at Kettle Cuisine – Lynn, MA. The role is full‑time with 1st/2nd/3rd shift options.

Performs daily operational sanitation, completes documentation for SSOP, HACCP, SQF and participates in GMP audits to ensure compliance.

• Monitor production personnel to ensure a consistent quality product is being manufactured.
• Support SQF program.
• Participate in GMP audits for KPI metrics.
• Help maintain the retained set‑away program.
• Ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
• Assist with document failures and notify mechanical personnel of equipment failures.
• Perform process checks throughout the production: filling, package integrity and label checks, net weight checks, organoleptic checks.
• Monitor HACCP critical control points.
• Calibrate test equipment.
• Drive factory GMP standards.
• Assist with the Food Safety Training Program.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires 1‑3 years of experience.
• On‑the‑job training of 6‑12 months.
• Basic data entry, simple formatting of documents and creation of basic templates.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Excellent follow‑through and ability to reason through critical issues.
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of the Food Manufacturing Industry and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Experience with USDA & FDA requirements.
• Numeracy skills.

Base pay range: $18–$21 per hour (Lynn, MA). Eligible for annual discretionary bonus up to 5 % and a comprehensive benefits package.
