We currently have an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Lynn area (Monday through Friday - afternoon/evening shift). Communicate and Coordinate: If something changes, you re the one who keeps providers, families, and care teams informed, ensuring patients get the right care at the right time.

Document and Reflect: At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home—ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
