• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Saturday & Sunday (4 hours/day, flexible hours)
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  8 hours per week (4 hours each on Saturday and Sunday)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2300-$2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and CPR certifications
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred)
• Experience with addiction treatment or substance abuse services is a plus
• COVID-19 vaccination series and booster required
• Must have at least 6 months separation from BILH to be eligible

Psychiatric RN Responsibilities

• Deliver 24-hour nursing care to monitor and manage withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and/or drugs
• Document and report patient symptoms, reactions to treatment, and changes in safety status
• Administer medications and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate medical records and provide patient health education
• Assist with activities of daily living and foster a positive therapeutic environment
• Support admitting, discharge, and patient transfer processes
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to individualized care plans
