Compensation: $18-$22 per hour

Position Overview: Leahy Landscaping is seeking hardworking and reliable Snow Shovelers to join our winter team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and entryways to ensure the safety of our clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shovel snow and spread de-icing materials on walkways, driveways, and building entrances.
• Ensure snow is removed in a timely manner to meet safety standards.
• Operate hand tools such as shovels and ice scrapers, as well as de-icing equipment.
• Work with a team to ensure properties are cleared of snow efficiently.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent injury or damage to property.

Qualifications: *

• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on snow events.
• No prior experience required, but experience in snow removal is a plus.

• Reliable transportation to job sites is required.
