Kettle Cuisine in Lynn, MA is seeking a QA Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This full-time role ensures food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs) are enforced on the production floor.
You will monitor line performance, perform routine tests on environment, raw materials, and finished products, and maintain documentation. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in food manufacturing, good math and computer skills, and strong English communication;
Spanish is a plus.
