Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm and one Saturday per month 7:00 am‑11:00 am

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use CRM and phone systems to track interactions.

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills, including upselling.
• Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented, with ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

$21.51 – $34.39 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
