Voda Cleaning & Restoration specializes in a wide range of services to keep homes or businesses clean, fresh, and free from damage, including carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Adequate math skills to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices used to record activity.
• Preferred: 1 year of floor cleaning experience or specialty cleaning experience (e.g., stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning).
• Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
  • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred.

• Effectively perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services; opportunities exist to earn certifications and experience in mold mitigation, fire & water damage restoration quickly.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete work orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
