Location: North Shore, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts
Pay Range: $24–$30/hr
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a commercial/industrial facility. This role handles preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and general building repairs to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
- Diagnose and repair basic electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues
- Maintain facility systems including lighting, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC units
- Complete work orders and document repairs
- Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors when required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial facility
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
- EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
$24 - $30 / hr
