• Post Deals
  • Review scanned deal paperwork for accuracy
  • Post all retail and wholesale deals
  • Account for Contracts, Rebates, Inventory, Deposits, After-sell Products, Cash Reporting, and other items.
• Incentives/Rebates
  • Submit incentive/rebate claims to manufacturer
  • Post incentive/rebate payments from manufacturer when payment/notification is received
• Inventory Schedules
• Review and clean schedules after all deals are finalized.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
