Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield is growing and we are looking to add to the Team! Immediate opening for an Automotive Accountant / Deal Poster.

• Competitive Pay $24.00+ per hour based on experience

• Post deals: review scanned deal paperwork for accuracy, post all retail and wholesale deals, account for contracts, rebates, inventory, deposits, after‑sell products, cash reporting, and other items.
• Incentives / rebates: submit incentive/rebate claims to manufacturer, post incentive/rebate payments from manufacturer when payment/notification is received.
• Inventory schedules: review and clean schedules after all deals are finalized.
• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
• Strong communication skills, eagerness to improve, self‑starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required).
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership.
