Immediate opening for a self-motivated Assistant Office Manager. Comejoin our growing team at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield located @ 275 Broadway, Route 1, Lynnfield, MA. The right candidate will have a background in Auto Dealership Office Accounting and Administration. Along with excellent communication skills. A great opportunity to join a professional and highly skilled team with tremendous growth potential.
Benefits- Competitive hourly Pay of $26 - $35 based upon experience.

- Account for all deal documents
- Track and Control Inventories, Contracts and Receivables
- Payoff Liens and other liabilities
- Clean Accounting Schedules
- Daily Cash Management
- Log and reconcile Deal Performance Management
- Summarize and submit after-sell products
- Process Product Cancellations
- Other tasks and responsibilities as requested by Company Management
- Cross train office and administrative staff.
- Assist department managers
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
