Service Valet

Overview

We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team. The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties include greeting service clients, working with service advisors and technicians, transporting customers, and providing an excellent customer service experience.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations
• Monitor and manage service lane, greeting and speaking to all incoming service customers

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Good interpersonal skills
• Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
• Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
