Summary: Operates Client fleet of printing equipment to:

• Process banks, mutual funds, transportation, health care type documents and checks.
• Work with scheduling and operations teams to meet client SLAs.
• Work during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as month ends, quarter ends and year end type volume.

Other responsibilities include:

• Able to handle multiple printers.
• Operate our Client fleet of printers – 288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Works with FLEX and OOM.
• Detail-oriented.
• Works well with numbers and can work independently.
• Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
• Documents and communicates all issues to leads and/or manager.
• Understands support staff job responsibilities to obtain required support.
• Monitors the equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure they are operating correctly.
• Understands and follows SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Completes all required documentation.
• Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Addresses troubleshooting issues quickly and communicates appropriately.
