Lynnfield, MA Oola Bowls :
Sunday – Saturday (7:00 am – 8:00 pm) Every other weekend

To ensure we’re the right fit for each other, we have a 30-day probationary period for new team members. Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, proactive customer service that makes each guest feel valued
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to Oola Bowls’ quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in the front of house
• Be a dependable teammate, supporting others and taking pride in shared responsibilities
• Assist in opening or closing the store as a key holder alongside other team members
• Contribute positively to our team dynamic and uphold Oola Bowls’ values in every interaction

Qualifications

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence
• Available Sunday – Saturday. Flexible on hours
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute to work
• Prior food service experience is a plus but not required—training is available for the right candidate
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and alignment with Oola Bowls’ core values
