Drive Sales & Membership Growth: Lead studio tours, explain services with confidence, and convert interest into long-term clients through membership and service package sales.

Deliver a Best-in-Class

Experience:

Ensure every client interactionwhether in-person or over the phonefeels seamless, supportive, and personalized.

Be a Wellness Resource: Educate clients on Restores services, including medical benefits, post-care guidance, and proper usage.

Support Daily Operations: Help with opening/closing tasks, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Experience in Health & Wellness Sales: You have 12+ years of success in fitness, recovery, spa, or wellness sales environments.

Relationship-Driven: You build trust easily and thrive in a consultative, client-first sales process.

Empathetic Communicator: You know how to listen, ask questions, and meet people where they are.

Goal-Oriented Performer: Youre energized by hitting targets and helping your team grow studio revenue.

Team Player with Grit: You bring positivity to every shift and enjoy working weekends or evenings when needed.

Bonus Points If You Have: A background in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or relevant wellness education.
