Tax Staff Accountant

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

We have an amazing opportunity for an Accountant or aspiring Accountant with tax experience to start working ASAP with a well‑established CPA firm located in Lynnwood, WA. This is an on‑site role to begin, with the potential for hybrid flexibility (2 days remote) after trust is established, typically after the first month.

• Preparing and supporting individual and business tax returns
• Performing tax research and identifying tax and accounting issues
• Assisting with tax planning and compliance projects
• Preparing work papers and supporting documentation for partner review
• Working closely with managers and partners throughout engagements
• Communicating with internal admin staff to support client needs
• Supporting multiple clients ranging from high‑net‑worth individuals to corporations

• 1+ year of experience supporting tax returns and tax season
• A solid understanding of tax principles, tax law, and research
