Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is providing a salary range of USD 70,000 per year to USD 120,000 per year based on experience and skills.

This role is part of a dynamic Sales Team where you will partner with internal and external customers to deliver a luxury automotive experience and foster life‑long relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and create lifetime customers by guiding them through vehicle selection with careful listening and thoughtful questioning.
  • Serve as a vehicle expert with in‑depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
  • Conduct high‑quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Maintain a positive, “A game” attitude and present a professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Readiness to learn the in‑s and out‑s of new product offerings quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
  • Acceptable motor‑vehicle driving record per dealership guidelines.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check.
