We are looking for a Senior Automotive Technician to efficiently diagnose and repair customer vehicles while meeting dealership, manufacturer, and Jeff's Auto Repair standards.

Compensation: Up to $150,000 per year – depends on experience (hourly + flag).

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.
• Perform work as outlined on the Multi‑point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants, and/or customers.
• Recommend services necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintain appropriate ASE certifications and renew expiring certifications.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in diagnostic work
• Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays
