Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding its collaborative primary care team at our Regional Medical Center in desirable Lynnwood, Washington. We invite a PRN physician to join our multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, work‑life balance, and a relentless focus on patient experience and outcomes.

• Team based approach: each provider is part of a pod comprising MD/DO, ARNP or PA, with RN and MA support. The pod integrates care and enables coverage when a provider is absent.
• Integrative primary‑care model: embedded pharmacist, social worker and psychiatrist partner to provide focused consulting and address social/emotional/behavioral/environmental needs.
• Embedded specialty services: work side‑by‑side with over 30 medical specialties within VMFH and coordinate referrals.
• Teaching opportunities: precept medical students and residents, attend CME, local ACP meetings, professional staff meetings, and weekly Grand Rounds.
• Learning opportunities: formal mentorship program, physician coaching on documentation and financial aspects of practice.
• Innovation: champion roles to lead new approaches, best practice standards and continuous improvement using the Virginia Mason Production System.
• Flexible schedule: collaborate to develop a schedule that accommodates individual needs.

• BC/BE by the American Board in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington.
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority as needed for practice.

$140.00 - $160.00 /Hour
