Position Overview

We are hiring
Healthcare Recruiters
to source, screen, and credential clinicians for immediate placement.

This is a
commission-only, performance-driven role
with strong earning potential and consistent demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Source CNA, LPN, RN candidates using Indeed, job boards, referrals, and social media
• Contact candidates via phone, SMS, and email
• Pre-screen candidates (license, availability, location)
• Collect and verify credentialing documents
• Submit
  ready-to-work clinicians
  for placement

Compensation

• CNA: $60 per approved clinician
• LPN: $90
• RN: $125
• Allied Health: $60 - $200
• Weekly volume bonuses available

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to come to
  Lynnwood office at least once per week

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience
• Customer service, call center, or sales background
