Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN NOC - Float

Location: ALL - Kenmore, Kirkland, & Snohomish, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Minimum 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range: LPN NOC Float: $49/hour

• Guaranteed Hours - Minimum 36 hours per week (typically three 12-hour shifts).

• Flexible Scheduling - Choose two designated days off each week - you decide which, but you'll work at least one weekend night if needed.

• Low Patient Ratios - Care for just 4 residents per home in a peaceful, home-like setting.

• Full Paid Training - Includes in-depth ventilator and trach care training, plus ongoing mentorship.

• Supportive Environment - Access to 24/7 clinical supervisors and a close-knit nursing team that values collaboration.

• Work-Life Balance - Weekly schedules are issued every Friday by 5 PM

• Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.

• Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.

• Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.

• Active Washington State LPN (unrestricted).

• Current CPR/BLS certification
