Focus on helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life after illness, injury, or surgery.
Work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to provide exceptional, patient-centered care.

- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
- Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner. Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.
- Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
- Certifications: CPR/BCLS required
- Advanced
Certifications:
ACLS andCCRN preferred - Experience: Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
