Are you passionate about coffee and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Barista who understands that crafting great coffee is both an art and a skill—one that requires effort, attention to detail, and a willingness to work hard, including cleaning a lot of dishes.

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with precision and speed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude—even during busy rushes.
• Keep the workspace spotless—yes, you’ll wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and take out trash regularly.
• Follow recipes and procedures meticulously while adapting to feedback.
• Work efficiently under pressure (it gets very hectic!).

• Weekend availability is a must – Cafés are busiest on Saturdays and Sundays, so you must be available to work weekends.
• No prior experience? No problem! We’ll train you, but you must be coachable, hardworking, and resilient.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and criticism —we take our craft seriously and always strive to improve.
• No ego about cleaning—this job involves constant dishwashing and maintenance.
• Physical stamina—you’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and lifting/moving supplies.
• A team player mindset—supporting coworkers is key in a busy café.
