Assistant Manager Pay Range: $16.66-$19.50 PLUS POTENTIAL PRODUCTION BONUS ranging from $100.00-$500.00 per month

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow company policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage schedules, order product, train team members and hire staff.
• Earn a profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.
