As an Applebee’s Server, you will be guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, recommend menu items, and anticipate guests’ needs while working hard and having a great time.

• Warmly welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs.
• Provide excellent service while following food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including plating, transport, and cleansing.
• Communicate with team members and maintain a positive, safe environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guests.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift, speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff, wear protective hand coverings for the entire shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings/masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
