Your Role on the Team- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, using the company's selling philosophy.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is required. This role involves office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and visiting homesites in the community. A valid state driver’s license is needed to take customers through neighborhoods, visit realtor offices, and participate in self-generated sales activities. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
The base compensation is expected to range from an hourly rate of $25, subject to adjustment based on factors such as employee qualifications and geographic considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and benefits described below in accordance with Company Policy. This overview may be modified by the Company.
