Richter 10.2 Media is a communications company that helps B2B companies solve their sales journey from start to finish.
Richter Productions is a division of Richter 10.2 that is focused solely on filmed projects for corporate clients—including product ads, testimonial pieces, and instructional video series.
As part of growing this division, we're looking for a talented salesperson who has a strong working knowledge of live shoot productions and visual media, and has the confidence and persistence to sell video packages to corporate clients who are looking for a way to bolster their marketing strategies. It's important that applicants HAVE A SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF/EXPERIENCE IN VISUAL MEDIA AND VIDEO.

This position is fast‑paced, and requires a self‑starter who can effectively build a client roster that will ensure the long‑term viability of Richter Productions. A continuous stream of new sign‑ups, and re‑signs from satisfied clients, is the name of the game.
Prospects and leads will be provided from the start, but a salesperson who can also generate their own interested prospects is a huge plus.
This is a full‑time position, with a competitive commission structure, and ideally it would be filled by someone who could start right away. Previous successful sales experience is a must, and again, ideally the salesperson already has a working knowledge of video and filmed productions.

Responsibilities- Engage with potential business clients through calls, emails, and video conference meetings to identify their video content needs.
- Present tailored video solutions that highlight the benefits of professional corporate videos, including branding, marketing, training, and internal communications.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about new offerings and industry trends, ensuring your sales pitches are current and compelling.
- Manage a pipeline of leads efficiently, tracking interactions and follow‑ups using CRM tools to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and closing deals confidently.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital media or video production industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
