About the RoleThe Assistant Inspections Manager helps manage scheduling, report review, customer communication, and compliance across a wide range of fire protection systems. This role requires strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of Washington State inspection requirements, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior experience overseeing fire alarm or fire life safety inspections and a strong working knowledge of Washington State inspection requirements.

- Assist the Inspections Manager with daily department operations
- Assist with scheduling of inspections and coordinate with field technicians and customers
- Review inspection reports for completeness and accuracy
- Help ensure compliance with NFPA standards and WA State requirements
- Track inspection timelines, deficiencies, and follow-up work
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, results, and next steps
- Support internal teams with documentation and cross-department coordination
- Provide backup support for department leadership when needed
- Assist with estimating and communicating with customers for deficiency repairs
- 2 years of experience in fire alarm inspections or fire life safety systems (Leadership experience is a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with Washington State inspection standards and AHJ processes
- Knowledge of NFPA codes preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Comfort using scheduling platforms, inspection software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
