Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Schedule:
Wednesday
- Saturday, 32 hours per week (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

- Assist Community Manager with overseeing complex operations and maintaining high occupancy.
- Show apartments, accept applications, and screen applicants to determine eligibility.
- Collect rents, maintain petty cash, and make deposits in a timely manner.
- Maintain waiting list files of eligible applicants and files of removed/rejected applicants.
- Follow up on all property inquiries and questions via telephone, email, fax, etc.
- High school diploma or GED and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
- Valid Driver's License and insurance required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual preferred.
