You will get to lead groups full of motivated, hard working, and dedicated individuals through our 50-minute strength and conditioning sessions. Help our community chase and achieve their health and fitness goals by teaching, motivating, and inspiring them through your words and actions!

• Warmly greet and send off athletes and drop-ins with a smile.
• Assist with membership inquiries, questions, and adjustments.
• Give a professional, detailed, and informative tour of Industrious to potential clients.
• Lead group classes and provide instruction on safe and proper movement, correcting movement when necessary.
• Create a fun, energetic, and inspiring athlete experience and environment!
• Operate membership sales software efficiently and effectively: create athlete profiles, set up and adjust memberships, etc.
• Complete InBody 570 certification. Assist members in testing and results analysis.
• Help uphold facility standards: stock retail, clean and stock restrooms/showers, vacuum and mop floors, etc.
• Attend team meetings.

• CPR & AED (must be obtained within 60 days of hiring)
• Must be comfortable working in a noisy fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Highly attentive to detail
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn on the fly
• Positive, energetic, and fun attitude and demeanor
• Must participate in at least 3 classes per week
• Passionate about personal self growth and development

• High school level education or higher
• 1-2 years customer service (preferred)
• 2+ years fitness experience
• Previous coaching experience of any sort is a plus
