• $18/hour while training and $20/hour once fully trained

As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swim instructor, that’s ok! We can train anyone on how to teach the way we teach, but here is what we do need from you.

• You need to know how to swim. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water
• You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun ing fun is mandatory!
• This is a year‑round position, and we are looking for longer‑term employees. This is not a summer job
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am‑2pm (Sun @ Lynnwood) or 10:30am‑3:15am (Sat @ Bothell)
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm
• Reliable transportation to any of our area locations

  • Thursday 3:45pm‑7pm
  • Sunday 8:45am‑1:15pm
  • Additional hours available at our Bothell location (Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat), or our Northgate location (Mon, Sun).
