Full-Time | $22–$24 per hour

Ballard Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a dependable, hardworking Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate to support our growing team.

This is a hands-on position that combines driving, parts delivery, warehouse organization, and supporting our field technicians
. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable being on the road throughout the day.

Pick up and deliver HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts and materials

Deliver parts and equipment to technicians at job sites throughout the area

Make supply house and vendor runs as needed

Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies

Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries

Stock and organize warehouse inventory

Pull and stage parts and equipment for technicians and upcoming jobs

Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Assist with inventory counts and tracking

Maintain company vehicles and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Communicate with warehouse staff, technicians, managers, and vendors throughout the day

Jump in and help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs.

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable attendance

Comfortable driving throughout the day

Physically able to load, unload, lift, carry, and move parts, equipment, and materials

Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Previous warehouse, parts, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home-services experience is a plus

Must be able to successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening

$22–$24 per hour
