Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000+, with potential for more based on clinical volume
About The Opportunity
St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA is seeking a dynamic and experienced OBGYN Program Director to lead our ACGME‑accredited residency program. This is a unique chance to shape the next generation of OBGYN physicians while maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice in a diverse community setting.
Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities (0.5 FTE):
- Provide strong leadership and oversight of the OBGYN residency program
- Ensure full compliance with ACGME accreditation standards
- Mentor and evaluate faculty and residents
- Lead curriculum development, program improvement initiatives, and academic excellence efforts
- Deliver outpatient care, labor & delivery services, or a customized mix of both based on your expertise and interests
- Board certified in OBGYN (ABOG) or AOBOG
- At least 3 years of experience in an ACGME‑accredited OBGYN program
- Previous administrative or educational leadership experience preferred
- Commitment to excellence in teaching, resident development, and patient‑centered care

The current compensation range for this role is $350,000-$400,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
