Base Salary with Opportunity for Semi-Annual Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading oncology team in Torrance, CA, and Lynwood, CA . This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality cancer care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking and physical exams.
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat oncology patients in collaboration with oncologists.
  • Manage symptoms and side effects of cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
  • NP or PA Certification with active California license.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
