Job Description
Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Vascular Clinic
Location: Lawndale & Lynwood, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunities
Start Date: Targeting November 15, 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a rapidly growing vascular clinic serving patients throughout the Los Angeles area.
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first five employees of an expanding healthcare organization, with significant opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and long-term advancement.
Our practice specializes in vascular care, including Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE), a minimally invasive treatment option for patients experiencing chronic knee pain.
We are looking for an NP who is passionate about patient care, eager to learn, and interested in helping build a thriving medical practice. Prior vascular experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for a newer Nurse Practitioner looking to grow within a specialty.
Long-Term Growth Opportunity: Our goal is to develop the selected candidate into a clinic leadership position, with the potential to independently manage day-to-day clinic operations within approximately two years.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-up appointments.
- Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and develop appropriate care plans.
- Educate patients about vascular conditions, treatment options, and procedures, including Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE).
- Assist with pre-procedure evaluations, patient preparation, and post-procedure follow-up care.
- Monitor patient progress, address concerns, and coordinate ongoing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care and treatment coordination.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to Spanish-speaking patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within the EMR system.
- Help establish effective clinical workflows, patient communication processes, and operational standards.
- Support the organization's expansion and take on additional clinical leadership responsibilities as the practice grows.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate medical information effectively in both languages.
- Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and communication skills.
- Excellent bedside manner and a patient-first approach to healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel between the Lawndale and Lynwood clinic locations.
- Interest in developing leadership skills and growing with an expanding practice.
Preferred, but Not
Required:
- Experience in vascular medicine, interventional radiology, orthopedics, primary care, or outpatient specialty clinics.
- Familiarity with Medicare patient populations.
- Experience with pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure care.
- Previous experience helping develop clinical workflows or participating in clinic operations.
- Interest in eventually transitioning into a clinic leadership or management position.
Newer Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply! We are primarily seeking someone with strong clinical fundamentals, excellent interpersonal skills, and the drive to learn and grow.
